I finally got off my *** and recirculated my bov using an old radiator pipe, some putty epoxy, liquid epoxy, part of a mountain dew 12oz can and some masking tape.

Car idles leaner (used to idle at 11:1 for some unknown reason), and doesnt stall AT ALL. BOV is completely silent however, no big deal. I can live without that. When letting off the gas while in gear, the car bucks a whole lot less. The remaining amount of 'bucking' is probably motor mount related. Oh yeah, it no longer shoots flames, which is a good thing most of the time.

I DO still have some compressor surge so I'll have to redo some vaccum hoses or something. Maybe the BOV is just leaky?
