purchase a adapter and youl be able to do it, I have one and it eliminates most of the sound, that vane thing makes most of the wistle.

i got mine online somewhere possibly phase2, and make shure you get the correct one, hks has recently updated the ssqv and is a little different now it sells for less than 15$ generaly

I don't have a sound clip of what it sounds like, it sounds alot more mechanical though. Almost sounds like a clunk noise, I like it. It helped with my bogging (backfiring) while shifting gears. I like the sound either way.

The HKS ssqv is the best sounding bov period...I dont understand why someone would want to muffle that sound. I used to have the type s, my car backfired alot when it was in the atmosphere vs recirculated. The HKS runs fine in the atmosphere for me, doesnt backfire at all

I think the tial bov sounds better, but im just going with what i got. And the reason i want to recirculate is for functional reasons (ie better throttle response) that and to attract less attention to myself.

So after buying the adapter you connect it to the circled thing right? or the arrow? And do i need any special hose? or can i just use a 1" one?

Wow, that's a dirty *** enginebay...

If you plan on recircing it, you'll need to put the recirc'd air inbetween the MAF and the Turbo inlet... You don't want it to go back to where you have circled because that's still a pressurized line.

So i want my hose to go here right (circle) which leads to the little green arrow
