Tarte Tatin

Puff pastry. 4 Granny Smiths Apples1 oz. (or 28.5g.) butter4 oz. (or 114 g.) sugar---------------------------------------------------------------------1. Peel apples and cut in to quarters. 2. cut puff pastry to size of a skillet. Skillet size should be about 10 inches.2. Melt sugar in skillet. You want to just slighty brown the sugar. But careful not to burn the sugar.3. Add apples to melted sugar.4. Put puff pastry on top of apples in the skillet.5. back at 350 F (or 176 c) untill apples are soft.6. get a dinner plate and put it on top of skillet and flip out the tarte so the puff pastry is on the bottom of plate.---------------------------------------------------------------------Searve hot with some good ice cream.
