Recently got pulled over.. really dont know what I should do

I'd just pay the ticket, even though it would be fun trying to stick it to the man. It's a battle that would cost more time and money fighting it than it would to just pay the fine. I got a 20 over speeding ticket last fall and it was only $100 bucks, was like $75 court cost and $25 actual fine and 2 points off my license. First offense too, oh well. You did the right thing, even though the cop was wrong.

I always have the same lawyer take care of it. I send him monies he does all the crap and then it goes away. usually costs like 100 more than the ticket initially is. I have actually paid less than the ticket before because he got a pretty expensive one dropped.

yea I know lol. But I just said f*** it and mailed it in. I dont have the time for it and im too stressed as it is... just found out my rent may be getting upped so I might be dropping out of college and going home (cant afford it).

Don't drop out of school man, there's always grants and loans available for living expenses and things like that, just gotta apply for them. Its tax season again so make sure you fill out your FAFSA and submit it, that'll show you all the financial aid you're qualified for, you might be surprised.

Financial aid was due yesterday actually and I had it done a while ago. and No, I cant take out any more loans. I dont even NEED to be in college.. (auto body..)

im not sure about your state, but here in NY if you are ticketed in another state you dont get any points on your lisence. u just have to pay the fine. i was with my father coming home from a family trip from NC when he got pulled over in VA. but with other states it could be different. idk.

if i were you id mail the ticket in and circle or X the non guilty plea. and type a letter of your side of the story. say how the cop acted ect. its worth the shot

no I was gonna plead not guilty but I dont have time to and im too stressed out as it as. and cant really afford it.. And today my f*** muffler fell off -_-

Hey good luck out there ash! I hope you can work something out. I got pulled over for speeding too! First time. It happened on Jan. Went to court march 1st & got a reserved day for court on may. SUX bad! Cop said i was goin 80+ but he didn't turn his lights on me till traffic picked up & I was goin 45! he stated I was trying to catch up to a mustang when I never even saw a mustang on the road?? I'm still way stressed bout it. But every1 here in NICO is way chill & I got some good info for me as well!!
