Hi Folks,

I have just received this "Notice of Pending Lemon" on my 2017 Nissan Rogue.

My car has 42K miles in it. The brake is making some noice. The steering system is making noise.

Can they really recover money for me from Nissan or are they a scam?

Is it me or is the link/photo isn't working?

I can see it fine, must be your comp. Pretty obviously a gimmick, like putting IRS-looking letters on an insurance advertisement. Looks like the OP has lemon chasers instead of ambulance chasers.

After a little digging, I found that this company isn't BBB accredited, which for some people would be a red flag. But the biggest tell are the negative reviews from people complaining that they received an unsolicited letter referencing a vehicle they've never owned.

Before contacting a law firm, it would be a good idea to do your own research to see if your vehicle even qualifies as a "lemon". What Does My State's Lemon Law Say
