Recaro seats...or not

When i bought my 91 240 sx, the guy threw in a pair of unused Recaro racing seats. Now i emailed recaro asking how i could find the brackets and sliders for them and they told me that because my seats don't say Recaro on them then they are fake. Does anyone know how I could find sliders and brackets so I can mount these seats into my car?? thanks

a- there fake knock offs.

and

b- your gonna have to modify/fabricate the brackets.

there is no label anywhere telling you what make they are?

could you get in contact with the guy who sold you the car, and find out what brand they are?

I asked him and he was the one who told me they were Recaro Seats so either hes lieing or just doesn't know.

He is likely confused thinking that that style seats are just called recaros.

Find an upholstery shop like they have in most lareg towns.Show up or ask them on phone.You will find on who will take care of it.
