Rebulding Cylinder Heads

Can someone tell me how much it costs to rebuild cylinder heads. I want to overhaul my engine at the beginning of the year. I only want to do the top half of the engine for now. All the valves, lifters, all the gear in my heads i want to replace. but not the heads themselves. Im planning on taking them to a machine shop. Can someone give me a round about cost of this please and thank you.

They are a dealership out of Buffalo, NY, and Im sure their parts will be cheaper than your local stealership. I just bought some intake valves from them for $3.08 each, and my local dealership wanted almost $11 each.
