OK I have a 180SX Blacktop SR20DET with the following:

New OEM Oilpump/Front AssemblyNew OEM WaterpumpNew OEM Timing Chain Kit (includes everything, guides, etc.)New OEM Engine Gasket Kit (piston rings, etc.)ACL Performance Con/Rod/Thrust BearingsNew Valve GuidesARP Rod boltsARP Main StudsARP Head StudsGreddy Headgasket 1.0mmRocker Arm StoppersBlock/Head CleanedBlock Bored/Decked

That's it. So now I'm wondering if it will be able to handle a GT2871R @ 18-20 psi. For management I will be using a PowerFC with 740cc injectors.

Itll handle it fine. Just dont go so radical with tuning. Ive ran 24psi on my 2871R .86 on the stock block and headgasket with no problems. I run an Enthalpy Tune which seems flawless. Mostly i boost 19psi on 93 octane or just cruise around with 14psi since even thats fun.

What's the biggest I'd probably be able to go? GT3071R?

Depends on the power level and boost you want. With a fully rebuilt motor, i wouldnt doubt you can hit over 600whp with a good tuner but for reliability sake 450-500hp is enough. Id go GT30R .63.

By a little bit. GT30R .63 hits 18-20psi around 4500rpm. Youll be making near 450whp at that boost level. Turbo still has alot to give. 26psi would probably do over 500whp.
