Right now my Q is in the shop, rebuilt rotors and calipers and bendixx pads (up front) will cost me $900 including labor, but parts from the dealership will cost me $1500 excluding labor. My question is: Will the rebuilt stuff last at least half as long as the new stuff?

Rebuilt rotors? Did you try http://www.infinitipartsusa.com ? I don't believe Bendix pads have the best reputation in a Q45.

Don't forget the retaining clips with the pads. So the Bendix have sensors?

They might be resurfacing your rotors and rebuilding your calipers. Never had calipers rebuilt, usually just cheaper to buy new ones.
