Looking at a rebuilt Q60. Pics enclosed. The door was replaced. Anything that could be an issue behind the body work in the damaged areas of quarter panels?

There isn't much besides the door connectors which resides in the aft fender cavity. Of more concern is whether they employed a used door, and if so, whether they swapped the original harness or kept the one from the used door. Inappropriate use of door harnesses with the wrong part number is probably the single most common faux pas we see from body shops. Make sure everything in the door works correctly, including the handle switches and outside antenna. If anything is inop or works incorrectly, you'll probably be into a Door Harness.

I plan on taking it to a shop for a pre purchase inspection. Are there any known issues with this year and model that the shop should look out for? 2015

I'm a Nissan guy and not Infiniti, but just about anything you see in here for the G37 will probably apply to your Q60. The '15's were the last year of an 8-year production run, so I expect they'd have a few less bugs than earlier years.
