rebuilt ka24de need timing help

ok so i'm pretty sure my timing is right i just have a quick ? ok the second mark on the pulley is tdc understood... and mine lines up perfect as to the other forums i've read. not he 20 degree mark tha last one to the right is the stock ka24de setting ... what does this mean.... i've done everything on my own on ever car i've had or worked on accept the timing its confusing to me my timing marks are set perfect on the tdc mark but what is the 20 degree stock setting for? please help i know its a dumb ? to some of you but i really need the help ive never seen this car run... i purchased it with the engine stripped down to bare block and have completely rebuilt it
