Rebuilt fixed the nock now there is a miss

Ok so I rebuilt my SR20DET from the ground up. It stared right up after the rebuild and I just had a few problems to sort out surging idle, coolant leak, a mystery nock. After I fixed all of the above. I am now experiencing a miss. At first I thought it was a fuel injector so I replaced it with no effect. Now I'm leaning towards the spark department. Anyone have any thoughts of what to check. Or maybe something simple I am forgetting. Any help would be great and if you need more info please ask and I will give as much detail as possible. Thanks

A misfire could still be an injector. What are the ohm specs on the injectors? How about ohm specs on the coils?

I pulled all the spark plugs and checked all the oil packs. it turned out to be a spark plug that had gotten the gap messed up. i regaped it and now it rns like a champ. but thanks for the response. PS if you know anyone who needs a set of sr injectors let me know.
