rebuilt engines help please!!!!!

okokok i got me a problem... i bought a lemon 89 for 1200cash.. and then i got the engine rebuilt.. plus all the other parts that were missing and a new radiator... ended up around 4500$..wit a 3month warranty.. well now.. my car is starting to over heat.. i checked the reservior tank.. and its dry as hell.. so i put more fluid in it.. open up the radiator.. and its brownish green.. and smells a lil burnt.. and i open up where the oil goes in.. and its showing some lil smoke.. like a match was burning.. i check the oil wit the dipstick.. and the oil on the dipstick is thick like wet cement or something.. can someone tell me what the hell is all that about?and when they rebuild the engine.. what all do they replace? because i checked the spark plugs last week and they were a lil crispy.. so i put new ones in there.. and the wires r still the same as before.. someone please help me!!!!:help :help :help :help

thats why i changed out the plugs.. but i wanna know is.. is this **** gonna fukk up my car or not.. thats why i wanna take it back to the place that did my rebuild.. and i wont it fixed properly.. because i paid alot of money to just throw it away..joe

i dont know why.. its just stalls a lil at take off and puts a lil put put put.. then takes off.. loland my exhaust seems a lil bit louder too..hehehei hope thats a good thing??lol
