Rebuilt Engine started but wont start again! HELP

Alright so i just rebuilt my engine and it ran for 800 miles. I had a bad cometic head gasket on it and i pulled the engine to replace it. Then i dropped it back in the car and over the course of a month, slowly put it back together.

I cranked it over to make sure it ran and it did so for about 20 sec. I noticed i was missing on No. 5 cyl and pulled the coil pack to check it out. I replaced it and tried to get it to fire but it will just spin, with no spark and i dont smell or see fuel at all.

I have great fuel pressure, I have switched the fuel lines, load tested the battery, cleaned out the ptu plug corrosion, checked all my grounds and im still not getting fuel or spark.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

How is your fuel pressure? Did you check the output from the CAS?

Im also getting a knock sensor code

Is there a fuse or relay that could be burnt out that would make this happen?

Code 34 won't usually prevent it from starting. Did you check the CAS? Rotate it in your hand and see if the injectors fire.
