Okay you guys so i have decided to rebuild my 20 because i have seen some signs of blow-by. i can find some forged pistons (supertech) but i can not find the rods. Will it be okay to reuse the stock rods? What would you do? And i dont want to get a 25.

have you done a compression test, or even a leak down?
some blowby is normal...lots is not.

might be a blown turbo rather than an engine problem...test it first and save yourself some money.
turbos are cheap, rebuilds are not.

OP-I'd for sure spend some more time trouble shooting before you go tearing the motor apart. Also, even if it does need rebuilt, are you sure you'll need a built bottom end? Sure, everybody would love to have one, but buying a bottom end in good shape would probably be a LOT cheaper, and it's tough to make enough power in an RB20 to really warrant a built rotating assembly.
