So I found out for sure i have a spun bearing yesterday when i did my oil change

Here is a list of parts i am getting for my car, If there is anything else you guys can think of to make sure i dont come across this problem again , or to make my motor stronger please, please feel free to chime in

BC connecting Rods, CP pistons, All new rod bearings, Thrust bearings, Cometic Head gasket, APR rod bolts, APR head bolts, Oil pump, water pump, Set of new injectors, and some greddy rocker arm stoppers.

Will this set up be reliable for a while?...thats all i really want. I have modest power goals for around 300hp maybe 350 at the track. I would think that this is over kill for only 300hp, but i dont want to have to go ripping the engine appart for anything again for a few years

Thanks for your help guys

Main bearings, new seals, measure-measure- then measure everything again.
