rebuilding engine , oil pressure question

i have all the parts together and the engine is being assembled . i need to know what to do about the ball and spring that sits in the block under the oil filter. the machine shop that did my block ruined the plug for the ball and spring and they said they could not get another one for me. all i need to know is where i could order the new plug and also if anyone has a writeup on rigging it to raise oil pressure that would be nice.

yeah were backwoods as f around here , they werent too enthusiastic about doing a 10 dollar repair on 400 in machine work. poor mofo's, i just need to know if nissan could mail me one or something.

No, talk to a lawyer. All you have to do is pay them a few bones to write a letter. You will never be able to take **** there again, but this job WILL be right (if they have to ship it to another shop).
