got the wheels balanced, bearings replaced, snap rings in and the seal, spiral washer thing, and washer on the exhaust wheel. heard a small click while i was pushing the shaft through the center housing. then i put the compressor wheel back on and hand tightened the reverse thread 8mm, then turned it 90 degrees.

here's the problem: when i try to spin the wheels by hand when they are tightened down, there is a good amount of resistance. it's not grinding or rubbing on anything that i can hear, but when i try to spin it by hand, it wont keep spinning after i let off. it spins like a champ when the reverse compressor nut is only hand tightened.
