I did a cold compression test on my 1994 TT with 118k miles stock engine.
Cyl. 1=150. Cyl. 2=140
Cyl. 3=135. Cyl. 4=125
Cyl. 5=145. Cyl. 6=150
So question is should I keep it running with cylinder #4 at 125 or should I bite the bullet and overhaul the engine.

Just finish doing a warm test numbers didn't change much most lost 2-3 psi across the board.

You lost compression doing it warm? That sounds suspect
