probably not, there are too many differences in the gaskets.
if you can find a KA24E rebuild kit, it should come with gaskets for both 240SX and hardbody. Otherwise, just look for the 240SX kit.

How is this? http://www.importperformanceparts.net/ im looking at the silver kit...Major stuff... plus the Timing Kit.Anything else needed really for a solid rebuild?
