300zx tt rebuild engine ,turbos . won't start

1991 300zx tt with some extras. I'm new to the site don't know much about 300zx except that I like it .so I bought one.rebuilt the engine rebuild the turbos.put it back together and it won't start. when and if it starts,Its for 15 seconds,no throttle response.no cods,all 6 spark plugs have 12 volts I cleaned the connectors ,throttle position is set at correct volts,I installed the Fuel pressure gage don't know the pressure yet, I got the spark plugs out to see if there's a spark on all plugs,there is a spark but I imagined it be stronger.my next buy is the PTU and after that Ijectors .am I missing anything ?should I be looking at something else?

Timing set correctly when belt was installed?

Fuel pump working correctly?

Timing is correct,I can hear the pump working and the plugs are wet just installed a fuel gage.ill post the pressure later on. How do you add a picture in here?

You need to upload the image to a server and then copy url with img tags around it..

My fuel gauge reads from 20 to 60 psi.when im cranking, the gauge goes over 60psi,stays at 40psi
