I just recently rebuilt my motor and now it turns over but it wont fire it sputters like it wants to but nothing. Would that have anything to do with my cam positioning sensor?

Do you have spark? No fire means no spark but if its sputtering you have to have spark. Also did you paint anything? if so make sure all grounds are clean and have good connection. hows the fuel? any pressure? what did you do in the rebuild? is it tunned? cams? This is all important info

yeah i set my crank to the first line on the pulley then put my cams at 10 and 12 o clock then spun the crankshaft around until the timing chain matched all the mating marks
