TNN is changing to the "Spike channel" TV for men. Say what you want but they are bringing back Ren & Stimpy.

Wow. I remember all these cartoons, and wonder why they canceled any of them. Transformers was the freakin greatest show ever.

I have a whole season of Sifl & Olly that I recorded on tape and my brother found a dvd on the internet of the unreleased final season. Sweeeet stuff.

OMG all these cartoons were so awesome. Even though it's not a cartoon I watched Dukes of Hazard when I was like 4 with my babysitter all the damn time.

Did they cancel 3 South on MTV....if so that blows goatass that show was awesome.

mtv does suck there is always fratenity and sorority Bull$#!T.And them sucky real world or road rules ALL DAY marathons.

I'm thinking about making a cool channel like HBO you would have to pay like $6-12 dollars more.but the channel would rock I would play uncut,unblurred,un-censored music videos and since there isn't alot of uncut cool videos I'd play older ones too. and sometimes id show live coverage D1 drift competitions, maybe on saturday morning show some 80's cartoons. and get people to send there home video fight clips, and show them.

NONE of you have mentioned Starblazers yet, I am most disappointed. The one show that arguably got my generation hooked on anime (not Robotech, that was later, and not Speed Racer, that was too silly).

Who can forget the Argo & kick-total-a$$-with-one-shot Wave Motion Gun? Sandor removing his legs and arms? Earth blasted into a radioactive wasteland? A cartoon with a serious, very dramatic plot, way ahead of anything else kids were watching on the tube at that time.

Am I really that old that nobody else watched this show? it was like 1981-82, folks. Back when our beloved cars were still named "Datsuns".

EDIT: With regard to MTV, nobody has mentioned Aeon Flux either...one of the most intricate and dark cartoon series ever made. Kicked off in MTV's attempt to be as uncool as possible.

EDIT 2: With regard to puppet shows, TV Funhouse. (see MTV, above, only replace Comedy Central)

HOLY JESUS! That shyte is HELLA old skoo! That brings back some memories ...

As for MTV sucking ... the only two things worth watching is Punk'd and Jackass. Those shows are hilarious. And I liked Real World :(

I still make it a point to catch GI Joe that come on Toon network on saturdays!

I'm all for some Old school stuff, as in Transformers, He-man, Voltron and such.

But you cannot forget perhaps one of the biggest cartoons to hit the United States just because it's only a few years old! (to us)

Give it up for DRAGON BALL Z!!!

ha the tick.. SPOON!! ueah that was a little ahead of it's time, and putting it on the saturday morning cartoon line up which is watched by 8-12 year olds was a total disaster.. they later put it on Comedy central, and didnt make it either. hmm yeah rocko was cool, that cow wqas adopted, heh. also what about Ren and stimpy? another one not really appreciated in its time, i had like a poster in my room of them, happy happy joy joy. ok iam just rambling on so ill quit..

HOLY CRAP!! The World's Most Extreme Elimination Challenge is the best show ever. It takes the cake away form any other show I ever liked. Everytime I watch it I almost piss myself laughing.

Contestant to Husband: "If you win this, I'll give it to you the other way!"

Kenny: "What did she say?!?"

Commentator #2 (I can't remember his name): "I don't know, but this is their chance to come from behind."

Kenny: "Yeah, that's what it sounded like."
