Rear Hatch Window Keeps Opening

Recently, my rear hatch window started to open when i hit doors open button on remote, i would get a door open warning on nav screen, and have to get out and close it all the time. Now it will open while driving and completely randomly. Doing some google searches and i saw this site and others have had this problem, looks like a rear hatch assembly. went to infiniti parts website and could not find this part. what is it called? part number? easy to install? can i just take out the fried part and not replace it since i NEVER use the window hatch and open it?

I suppose you might be able to just unplug it. It's worth a try if you don't use it and can still get to everything if you decide that you want to use it someday.
