rear wiper motor

My rear wiper motor makes a rang rang grr sound. I had a look at it, and every thing is moving correctly. I dont know what is going on. Nothing is rusty or anything. 2001 QX4.

is it hot? should be always hot because there is constant power to it (draws nearly no amps when the car is off) maybe too hot? not sure. are u asking what the noise it?

did it snow where you are and u turned it on without wiping the window off???
