rear wiper fell off, complete arm and everything!!!!

hey guys, this stupid thing happened to me yesterday, the whole arm just fell off, i've tried to find it at nissan website but couldn't, please i would like some recommendations where to find one!!

dealership? who changed the blade last? I ask because there is a bolt that holds the arm on. And that would have to be loose or missing for the arm to fall off. If you have a quick lube place change it, take it back there and complain. Get one for free.
