For some odd reason the rear window wiper has a problem where when the button isnt even pressed or it is, the wiper moves back an forth as if the button is always turned on. Whats really wierd is when the rear hatch is opened to just a little over halfway the wiper stops. Pretty freaky huh? Also the e-brake light is stuck on, I have tried reconnecting the sensor, the wire and the sensor are fully connected, but still the light is turned on. THanks for looking at this post.

you've got some crossed wires i bet. best thing you can do is get an FSM and trace the wire that completes the circuits for both of those.

on your wiper issue. check the harness where it goes from the hatch to the body of the car. slide the boot back and see if you have a wire shorting to ground there. it would be the ground wire side since its not blowing a fuse. Your brake light issue may just be your fluid level in your resivor is low. try ading some brake fluid see if your light goes out.
