Rear window washer??

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hello,
I can't find the "switch" to clean the rear window with washer fluid. Is there one? If not, that's just not right! All my other cars with the rear wiper had a washer.

If it's the same design as an '08, then it's the right hand stalk on the steering column.Pull back for one windshield, push forward for the other! I am sure it is explained in the manual.

I'd be embarrassed to ask that question.

Like Kamiguy said... read the manual.

UH, if you can't find out how, I wonder how many other EX features that you may be missing out on? Sorry, I don't mean to sound rude, but there is a ton of stuff on the EX and even just skimming the manual is worth the time.

Thanks for the question, Timick1. Thanks for the answer, Kamiguy. RedwinGV is correct the value of reading the owner manuals, but there is a lot to absorb.

Guys, he's only had his new Car for a couple of weeks.

It is a lot to take in... and some features/options aren't discovered until they are needed.

Good point. But he did sound like he was complaining that the EX didn't have a feature that others had. I suspect I might not have posted to check the manual if they did not add that remark in, but in a sense they sounded like they were complaining about something that wasn't true.

I agree that the manual is huge and the EX has a lot of features to digest so it is understandable to ask questions about it.

I'm good, and I do apologize if I was rude with my earlier post.

Honestly, I've been through all the features in my car. As far as I was concerned there was not fluid to wash the rear window..? Unless mine is broken, because of either direction I turn my rear wiper switch forward or back on the stalk, no fluids shoot out? Through any of the comments, still haven't been able to see if it was a yes or no answer to his question? I guess I'll take a dip into the owner manual..

Pushing it forward should squirt the rear. If you can get fluid on the front, then something is amiss. Good luck

Thanks for this thread. I too had been suffering in silence without a rear washer. :)

Very happy to know I have one after all.
