my rear window shade won`t work. i checked the fuse and it looks fine. any ideals?

Maybe the swith? Did you spill any soda in your car ever? Could be a bad motor as well. Electricle prolbmes can be a pain to diagnos. Maybe try calling your local dealership and see waht they say.
