I had to have my rear window replaced a few years back when it cracked during the winter.

If you take it to any auto-upholstery shop, they can cut the old window out (or in this case, remove the box tape) and sew a new one in. I can't give you specific shops in your area, but that's why man invented the phone book. Also, the price I payed for mine was $250, but your local guys will probably charge different.

Also, if you don't like the price, you can buy a new rear window and drape for about $170 from http://www.topsonline.com and take a weekend to do the swap. It's a bit tedious to get to the rear window, especially if you're not replacing the whole top, but it can be done.
