rear window defrost

can any one help me my rear window defrost isn't working anymore i checked the everything can't see anything wrong has anyone had this problem before? Also I had it at the body shop it worked fine before i took it over there but when I get it back it doesn't work I took it to them and they said they didn't touch it. any help would be good thanks. :dblthumb:
