Rear window antenna - how to disconnect

My bose head unit is having tuner problems, playing both AM and FM signals simultaneously. Instead of having it fixed, I'm thinking I can disconnect the AM antenna so I can just hear the FM signal. Any idea how to do this?

UPDATE: Just found the answer to my own question--I need to repair the radio. The Diversity system uses both antennas for FM, so disconnecting one would do me no good. This is the second 93-94 Bose head unit that I've had and in both cases the tuner failed. Urrrg.
