rear window 5spd swap

i just recently did my wiring for the top to go down after the 5 spd swap it worked! but my rear window doesnt go down is there something i need else to do? and is it bad for your windows to stay up when u put your top back up? thanks for any help

ya i could see where it would be bad to leave the quarters up when you put the top up. the parts inside are just brittle plastic and the top doesn't necessarily come in contact squarely with it. i've replaced one of the windows b4 and its a muther&^(%

Something's wrong with the logic circuit for the windows. The wiring for the 5 speed swap shouldn't cause them not to work.

i finished my 5 speed also and haven't found out what is wrong with my top and speed sensor. i gotta find a day to check it out. i would say it was a pretty clean and straight forward swap and i didn't touch any of the wiring. i bought the convertible fsm so that i could look at the wiring diagram and trace the problem.

is there a fuse for the rear window?

im guessing it shares the same fuse with all the power windows. i have to look at the wire diagram to verify that tho
