I was wondering how much horsepower a 2006 G35 6MT is pushing at the wheels

260-275 seems to be the accepted range, depending on the year. Newer models have a little more...

To the wheels? I'd expect to see closer to 240-250 RWHP.

It's generally 10-15% less at the wheels isn't? Atleast that's my understanding. So a 2003 5AT G should be pushing between 238 - 252 based off the quoted 280 for that year right? Give or take a lil bit anyway.

When I dyno-ed my 05 6MT when she was stock, it had 239 at the rear wheels. That's what I used as my baseline.

10-15% of 298HP is 253-268rwhp. Some engines will produce more than stock numbers...some less.

Dyno's are not a good representation of all models, they are only good to get a baseline, then another run after some mods to see the increase.

I forgot where I read this but it said that the normal power loss for a car is 15-20 percent and that infiniti cars are on the high end of that number. Has anyone else heard this?

Check pg 4 on the link. Of course it is an estimated value. May vary. Also the Awd data not completely true on our sedan and many other new AWD system cause it is based on RWD only kicks in if traction loss appears.
