Rear Wheel Bearing Flange

Hi guys,

If my rear wheel bearings are bad, would I be able to rotate the axle with my hands? I removed the tire, caliper and rotor.

Any help will be great!

I am not hearing any noise coming from my tires or around the area.

Bearing is in the hub, if bad it should make noise when you turn it. However, if it just started going it might need weight or heat to start making noises.
