Rear view mirror very loose, how do we tighten it?

I have the autodim rear view mirror but its really loose, so while I'm driving it just keeps pointing down. Looking at the mirror assembly, I just don't see anyway to tighten it. Does anybody have a secret to fix this problem? So far, I'm using my wife's hair rubber band thingy and its working, but it looks gay. Thanks for any advice!

i have one in my max. What you do is remove the rubber cover on the front, windshield side, and tighten the screw inside of it. Phillips head iirc.
