Car: 2011 Nissan Altima 2.5 sl sedan

Hi I'm new to the Forum I have a 2011 Nissan Altima 2.5sl and I was thinking about changing my stereo but I was wondering if I want to keep my rear view camera will I have to change out my current rear view camera and buy another one or are there compatible stereos
