Rear upper Strut and Lower tie bar?

Does anyone know where I can find these and if you do, where can I find them for cheap?? I read somewhere that I can make my own!?!?! does anyone kow about this??

How do the rear struts go onto S14s? The strut tower is kinda set lower, with raised metal all around it, plus my carpeting/speakers cover where I believe the strut would go. Does anyone have a pic of a rear strut bar on an S14??
