Rear upper camber arm?

I can't seem to find this searching so i figured i'd ask. what are the torque specs for the rear upper camber arm on an s13?

so i found an fsm and got the specs i needed now just wonderin is their any special instructions needed to install spl ruca's?

Not really...it seems like its just an un-bolt/rebolt type thing, but here's a bushing install faq by pdm-racing and although its actually for the bushing, you can use it as a guideline:
