Take it to a body shop. Preferably one with a state of the art frame rack. Have them double check the frame specs. If its off, call both the body shop who performed the work and the insurance company who paid for it.
Likely, you'll want to give the original body shop another opportunity to repair it as it is their responsibility to make sure the work was done right the first time. The insurance company may get involved if they provided some kind of guarantee on the work. Many insurance companies do if you used one of their preferred shops and in some cases, may guarantee it for other reasons as well (use of aftermarket or recycled parts or if the shop come to an agreed cost of repairs with the insurance). If there is a guarantee provided by the insurance, you may be able to take it to a different shop and the insurance company will take care of it and bill the prior body shop. However, they may ask that you try and give the original shop the opportunity to remedy the situation.
An alignment may be fine under a static load, but may have issues while driving if the frame is not in spec.
