Diff bushings? That's all I can think of that would thump in the rear.

Center carrier bearing on the driveshaft. Check that as well as the rear diff bushing, but they will really thump when you hit the gas and let off the gas with the car in gear. With the bearing, go under the car, find the shaft and if you can move it up and down, its bad.

carrier bearin would cause allot of vibration at highway speeds, and no not 50 bucks 130. http://www.conceptzperformance.com/Cart ... IS300&UID= when mine went out I just got a1 piece drive shaft. if it's your carrier bearing I would suggest a1 piece drive shaft. it's a little bit more but they are substantially lighter and you by pass the carrier bearing all together

Nah, besides, the shaft has a lifetime warranty, if you got it from either Z1 or Shaftmasters.
