Rear Taillight strip won't light (1990 fastback)

This is for a 1990 fastback. That third taillight (the thin one that runs along the top of the hatch) won't light when I push my brakes in. My other brake lights work fine and so do my turn signals and headlights, etc. I've replaced the bulbs and checked all the fuses in the car that seemed to relate to anything having to do with lighting, but no luck. Is there another fuse I'm missing? Perhaps one in the engine bay or anything else I missed? Thanks in advance.
