I back up onto a snowbank in the parking lot. Bumper damage and the rear tail pipe chrome is pushed in. Is it something easy i could fix? Or do i have to bring back to the Dealer or my local garage guy can fix it?

Thanks.

As ImStricken said, grab and pull it.

My advice is wear a pair of gloves and pull it by slightly rotaring left and right, when the chrome piece is still hot (of course be careful, don't burn yourself). It will slide easier. I pull it like this after got rear ended...

There are three pieces of metal inside the chrome. They act like a spring and hold the part in place. There are no screws to hold it. Just friction.

Tried pulling with bare hands. Wouldn't move. Will use hammer tomorrow. For the screw, standard screw or special nissan screw?

There are no screws. Friction is holding. As I said, drive your car until tail pipe gets warm, wear your gloves and pull by slightly rotating. I did the same thing to mine.

Just to feel confident, look at he picture on this page:
