The 240 on the Home Page has clear front turn signals too; where'd you get those? I've seen some LED tail lights on eBay but they look kinda....well....er....rice (am I using that term correctly - still learning the lingo).

My 2001 Pathfinder has clear lenses and ornage bulbs all around and looks great. I'd like to achieve this look on the 240 as well.

Thx, cmk

well...ebay has alot of the "JDM" loolking ones half clear/red i suppose i like the look. i'd prefer them smoked. Clear tail lights is kinda sketchy in my opinion. especially if you dont have right color bulbs.

I ordered a pair off eBay and they will arrive in a couple of days. I'll post pictures and give my opinion of fit and finish. I've seen smoked ones that looked pretty cool too but I just got the half red/half white.

I have them too. Just make sure to swap bulbs. Red portion is not red enough, so it looks more like pink when you hit the brake, so I swap the bulbs with red ones and they look MUCH better.

" i dont have a clue how to smoke them"

You don't need to smoke them. There are 3 different version.

1. Plain2. Smoked3. Plain and trim is in shiny silver finish

I believe smoked version is on this car.

From what I understand the link to the following can be done cheaply, eaisly and effectivly, although I've never tried it.Get the fake euro red/clear ones on ebay and simply spray them.

Smoked ones looks good on cars with dark color in my opinion. raretrick.com used to carry them, but I don't see it in their catalog.

G-Corporation in Japan has it.

Here's another old thread about coupe clear tails. Check it out.

Several different places sell these clear/tinted ones, but all of them are from Taiwan I heard. Super Made ones might be different. BTW, buying tinted ones should be better than tinting clears ones. You can tint clear front and side markers to match the tail lights though.

I just got to the bottom of this thread and saw an ad banner for this company

http://www.smokinlights.net/

I dont know anything about them and have never used them but they do sponsor the site...looks like they tint the factory taillights which might be cool if their work is quality...they probably will even give some sort of warrenty?

I always used this product called Night Shade by VHT I believe. Spray it on and then wetsand and polish and youll have a really nice smooth high gloss finish. It takes for ever to get them perfect though...im looking to just grab a set already finished this time around...lol

Clear corners tail lights!! You send yours and they will modify them and send them back to you. They used to charge $300 for the service. I saw several pics and trhey looked pretty good. Personally, I like them a lot. Last time I talked to clearcorners, they said they are working on very expensive LED S13 tail lights. He said it's going to be expensive, but super cool. If you go there site, it says S13 tails are under development. You can't get one in the picture anymore. You can try it though. Basically, you took out amber and reverse lenses and fabricate lexan plastic piece and put it on...

This picture is from G-Corporation website. They removed it since they don't carry them anymore. There's another trim which is chrome. Just found this pic in my hard drive and wanted to share...

We still carry these Tail-lights and all of G-Corperation products. At the time, there was very little demand for these or any G-Corp product so I took it off the site.

URAS also carries these so I will re-list, as URAS.

Thank youDrew

Do you have other types of tail lights for S13 coupe available?

So far, only the Clear Corners and the 3 (Clear w/ Black, Clear w/ Chrome, and Smoked) are whats on the market... other than stock.

I was actually very suprised when they came out and didn't look like the APC crap we have for the 180sx & S14... rather keep my stock Kouki Tails.

PeaceDrew

I'm pretty good at finding the cheapest place for any 240 related parts, but I haven't found any place that sells brand new pair cheaper than eBay.
