Rear Suspension: S13 vs S14 vs S15 ?

I'm looking for specific details on the differences between the s13, s14 and the s15 rear suspension/subframe setup and why one would be better than the other. photoshop comparisons are great, pictures showing measurements are great, even ms paint pictures outlineing the differences would be great. Were there any noticeable improvements? Also, please leave out any hicas information as I'm only interested in non hicas comparisons..

I'm looking to put this in another car and trying to justify the extra money and effort in finding an s14/s15 setup as the s13's are pretty readily available.

Also, please leave out any generalized comments such as "X is wider than Y." If giving an answer like that, I would prefer it look more like "X is wider than Y by 2 inches from A to B."

Not looking for a thread to get whored or to start a pissing contest between the different generations, just looking for some info that I can use for my project.

Also, if this thread turns out to be really helpful/constructive I can reformat the original post into being sticky worthy.
