rear subframe

ok well like two weeks ago, me and some friends were drifting and i held it too long and smacked a curb pretty hard and i hit it like evenly with the car and curb, but yeah last time i hit a curb i bent lower control arm and A arm, but this time i bent the A arm, so i replaced it, and when i lowered my car it looked the same as befor i replaced it, so i took to to this shop and they put it on their lift, and told me i bent my rear subframe, so i replaced everything this weekend, and now its has some toe out issues, but wut do u guys think, i cant get it alignmened till later one this week, but now when i drive it going in a streight line, the car dog track (as some guy called it at the shop) but do u guys think that all i need is an alignment, i know it hard to tell since u dont know what it looks like, but i would like to hear wut u gouys think,thanks

get it alligned asap, although it will put a little extra wear on the tires, its nothing compared to what drifting does. put up a video if you have one

damn, that suxs. you hit that curb pretty hard. how badly is it out of alignment?

im not sure, i just know that the toe is off really bad, and i have a lil bit of Pos. camber on one side, so im going to try to get it alined soon.

well its obviously off alignment by enough.

im not sure if you can do this since im still kinda new to the nissans. but you might need that whole piece that the a arm connects to. i dont know the name for it :P.

well all the rear suspension is new well new on that car , its came off mparts car anyways, so im hopiuing that it is just the alignment

if all the arms and new suspension look to be in good shape (no bends or damage) then i would guess the suspension will have enough adjustment to set back to the correct alignment

oh by the way, were did you get the i (heart) drifting stickerhope you dont have frame damage, that would suck but it is not nesesarilly unreparable if you do have it.thats the way drifting goes, parts will break, take it with a grain of salt.and awsome web site, i love the movie

yeah well i hope that it is not frame damage, b/c that is my daily driver , and i need something to drive, plus i dont have the moncey to fix it if it is frame damage, so i guss il will have to swap everyting to my parts car, i jsut hope its my alignment, thanks for the input, if i get her running agine ill psot more videos for yall

im sure your car will turn out to be fine, although i cant say the same for that curb. LOLwhere do you get all the $ for tires, do you buy them used or something?

i have friends that work at merchants, i go throught about 8 tires a week, lol, but their nothing special, their just 205-55-r15 passager tires, i know most of the people that work their i just go up their and hang out pick out some tires, and mount then and go lol, thanks guys

its was on the road, and he did more danger turning around to come get me then i did sliding the intersection, and i havent been to court for it yet, i got to go this thrusday, i missed the first court date last month, so i trying to get an atteroney for it, so this time im going to get a conuencine, i hope so anyways. but yeah i think it was worth it, the whole time he was writing the ticket, i was telling my friend i was like i just want to see what he write this up as, i think he did a great job doing it,dont u guys think so too. lol

their used ones most of the time, everytime i get new ones i ully end up putting them on the back for some reason, i dunno y, but yeah most of the time their used , the music is from autumn to ashes, not too sure what song it is, sorry, but yeah my friend Tim got me that sticker when he went down to Tunner bash, at Daytona beach,

hey guys just wanted to tell u that i got my car fixed their is still some Toe issues but at least i can drive it for now, my friend told me that i needed to replace the upper control arm too, and of couse that was the only peice that i used from my old suspension, so im going to replace it and he siad that i should be set to go..........

well guys i have finlly fixed my car, thanks god, but yeah i ended up replacing both sides, toe arm, lower control arm, and the A arm, the struts, and both hubs. and subframe, after all the work it has paidoff, and my lcar looks normal now, and drives great,thanks

thanks man, i know i was lucky, next time i wont go do the D if im tired like that night, i told my friend that road up their with me, i was like " last time i was tired like this i hit a curb" and i did , but next time ill just try not too, u cant change the past, but yeah ill try to get some more videos coming, i dunno, but me and my friend, with his 98 240, wants to make a decint video, maybe like 10 mins or so long, i dunno, ill try to get one together soon, but right now hes down b/c he had surgry and his hand , and he wont be back for like the next month, so i dunno when the next one will be,

good thing you got that fixed. i was starting to think there was some frame damage. but yea i definatley like those vids!
