I am wanting to swap my rear sub frame because of the hicas but im in iowa and my car is in oklahoma so i havent been able to check things out really but i want to get the subframe before i head back home. I just want to know what the rear subframe consists of so i can give this guy a list.

They sell a HICAS eliminator kit, you don't have to change the whole subframe.

Yeah, I haven't heard of people having to swap out the subframe...the eliminator rods should do the trick.

If you didnt want bashing then you should have searched. There are 13 threads giving you exactly the info you are asking for here. I just searched and found them in literally 2 SECONDS. You fail. There is a kit also if you would have searched google. fail fail fail.

as far as i have heard the only reason you would need to switch subframes compleatly is if your doing some hard racing and are scared that the HICAS subframe will be to weak. if you just dont want hicas get the kit.
