What is the best way to do the rear subframe bushings on a 87 300zx???

On a lift! It's been years since I did one, it was pretty miserable on the garage floor on jack stands. There is no shortcut, you gotta remove the trailing arms, unbolt the diff, pull e brake lines etc. If I were to do it again I'd probably remove the diff with the crossmember.

Jigsaw with a wood blade to cut out the bushing center, then use a metal blade to score the outer sleeve, punch it inwards with a screwdriver+hammer.. then install the poly kit
