Im a little lost on this subject, but my rear sub frame bushings have worn away completely, and the sub frame has been hitting the bottom of the car during weight transfer, and i finally have the money and time to fix it, but im confused as to what i actually need, or if these two parts are one in the same, just attach differently?

The first one is what you want. If you can put up with some drivetrain noise you might want to consider the solid bushings that spl sells.

i believe the second option is just a slip on collar that still uses the stock bushings(just strengthens them up a bit). the first option replaces the part completely.

check out whitecomets build. i believe he installed the ones in the first link on his hatch.

I have S14 solid aluminum rear subframe bushings if anybody wants them. They were custom made with an extra layer of rubber on them for insulation. I just can't handle the stiffness and I'm going with polyurethane instead.
