Rear Subframe Bushing Removal

Hey I have my rear subframe out and the bushing kit what is the easiest way to get them out if I dont have a press and i dont want to burn them. thanks thats going to be a fun project for tonight.

I pressed all mine out. You are talking about the 16 or so for the rear arms right? Yeah they are in there good and I mean 4ft cheater bar on a 6ton jack handle good.

You can use a vise to put the poly bushings in but it is doubtfull for getting the old ones out.

The common methods to remove bushings are BurnPress

If you can do neither, you had best pay a shop to do it. It'll be money well spent, if you don't already have access to a shop and tools.

damn I tried beating em out with a piece of metal which went around the sleeve but the rubber just bounced the bar around
